The Elizabeth Richards Art Dryer, supplier code ERNAD, is a spring-loaded drying rack with a heavy-duty steel frame and 30 trays, 15 on each side, for wet artwork.
Each shelf measures 54cm x 35cm, sized for A3 artwork, collages and painted projects. The overall rack measures 59cm (W) x 73cm (D) x 107cm (H). It stands on 4 lockable castors that can be removed, so the rack can be used as a freestanding floor unit or placed on a tabletop or bench. Assembly is required, and it is supplied flat-packed with instructions.
Elizabeth Richards says the open-shelf wire design promotes air circulation, helping artwork dry quickly and evenly. The supplier says keeping drying work separate protects it from smudging and frees up table space, and the castors let the rack roll outside for drying in natural air and sunlight.
