The Carbon Half of the Standard AM 3/4 Filter Set
Fellowes 9416502 is a four pack of thin standard carbon filters, each with a pre-filter, for AM 3 and AM 4 purifiers in the AeraMax Pro range, used alongside the True HEPA filter as Fellowes' standard filter configuration.
In the standard set the True HEPA filter lasts longer and the carbon filter is changed more often. Fellowes describe this as a 10mm carbon filter whose activated carbon adsorbs a wide range of volatile organic compounds and odours, with a pre-filter that captures larger particulate to help extend the life of the filters behind it.
Fellowes put the average life at approximately 6 months, so a pack of four keeps one purifier going for about two years, or covers a change across four units. Facilities teams running several AM 3/4 purifiers can stock this pack alongside the True HEPA two pack and swap carbon filters on a regular schedule.
Want more odour capacity? Fellowes also make a full carbon filter with twice the activated carbon. Facilities buyers can find the rest of their list in facility supplies, with purifiers in air purifiers and the full Fellowes catalogue.
