Create a welcoming sensory space where tactile comfort, flexible seating and natural inspiration come together
Grass textured upholstery and mobile seating combine to bring engaging sensory character to learning spaces.
Bring a touch of nature inspired texture into classrooms, libraries and sensory environments with the MTA Essentials Aalto Round Grass Ottoman. Measuring 45cm in diameter and 43cm high, this distinctive sensory ottoman features tactile artificial grass upholstery that invites touch and adds visual interest to indoor spaces. Comfortable padding supported by a timber frame provides a practical seating option for reading, quiet activities, collaborative learning and informal breakout areas. The textured finish can be particularly engaging in spaces designed to provide varied sensory experiences for diverse learners.
Designed for flexibility, the Aalto Round Grass Ottoman includes lockable castors and plastic feet, allowing the seating arrangement to be adapted to different activities and room layouts. Castors make repositioning easier, while the locking function helps keep the ottoman stationary when required. Its compact round form works well individually or alongside other flexible seating to create inviting reading corners, collaborative zones and sensory focused areas. The textured exterior can also contribute to a softer interior environment in busy shared spaces.
Ideal for education, library, reception and collaborative settings, this grass sensory ottoman combines playful character with practical everyday functionality. Some assembly is required to attach the feet and castors. Lock the castors before stationary use, inspect components regularly and clean the textured surface gently. Choose the Aalto Round Grass Ottoman to create a more engaging, adaptable and welcoming indoor space.
