The 5.11 UCR Thigh Rig is a MOLLE-compatible thigh-mounted equipment rig in black designed for attaching IFAK pouches, medical kits, and tactical equipment to the outer thigh, providing a stable, accessible leg-mounted carry platform for military, law enforcement, security, and tactical medical personnel who require medical kit accessible below belt level.
Thigh rigs are used when belt or vest real estate is occupied, when the kit needs to be accessible with either hand from a standing or kneeling position, or when carrying medical equipment on the outer thigh separates first aid supplies from mission equipment at the waist.
