Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns of unopened and unused items within 14 days of the invoice date, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. This includes complete book packs that have not been opened.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.
• You pay the cost of sending the item back.
• A restocking fee may apply depending on the product and supplier.

If anything arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, or an item is missing from your book pack, email schools@megaofficesupplies.com.au with your order number as soon as you can. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, we will repair, replace or refund.

• We cover reasonable return delivery costs.
• We may ask for a photo to help sort it out.
• Please tell us within a reasonable time after delivery.

Unless the Australian Consumer Law requires it, we can't accept change of mind returns on:

• Electronics, including calculators
• Items that have been written in, labelled, covered or used
• Custom or special order items
• Bulk or specially quoted orders, including school bulk orders

Email schools@megaofficesupplies.com.au or use our Contact page with your order number and the item you want to return. We'll reply with the next steps.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method where possible. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Orders may be checked to prevent fraud. We may contact the purchaser, ask for extra verification, limit delivery options or cancel orders identified as fraudulent.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in it excludes or limits the consumer guarantees.
