Access catches fit-outs out more often than measurements do. A desk that fits the floor plan may not fit the lift, the stairwell or the door it has to come through, and that is worth confirming before anything is committed. Plan around walkway clearance and where power comes up from the floor. Specify seating, desks and storage together rather than in stages. See office chairs, sit-stand desks and lockers.
