Crystalfile
Compatibility is where these orders go wrong. Suspension files hang from rails inside a cabinet and the spacing differs between foolscap and A4, so a file bought for one will not sit in the other. Measure the internal rail width before ordering a box. Tab style then decides how quickly a run reads across an open drawer. See suspension files, filing cabinets and manilla folders.
