Craft Double Sided Tapes
Carrier type does the work here. Thin tissue tape lies flat and invisible under paper, card and photographs, which is what you want for mounting and scrapbooking. Foam tape is thicker and compresses, so it bridges an uneven or textured surface that thin tape simply will not hold.
