Avery Dispenser Label Dots
These do one thing well: mark status, priority or ownership at a glance without writing anything. Stocktakes, sold tags, appointment sheets, classroom reward charts. Because meaning is carried entirely by colour, the range you buy sets how many states you can represent, so pick the palette before the diameter. Dispenser rolls beat sheets for speed. See label rectangles, Avery labels and label supplies.
