Each week ending line runs across hours worked, ordinary and overtime totals, rate, ordinary and overtime pay, taxable allowances and gross wages, then deductions, net payment, super and a signature.

A separate Employment and Leave Record page, together with the staff leave planner, keeps employment dates and leave in the same book as the pay, which saves hunting through old diaries when someone asks about their annual leave.
