Rather than keep two books, this register puts both categories on every pass. The visitor prints a name, date, residential address and postcode, then ticks the category that applies.

The Members Guest panel carries a short declaration with spaces for the guest signature, the member signature and a membership number. The Temporary Member panel has its own declaration, a signature, the club name and a membership number. Beside them a Welcome to Our Club panel sets out printed conditions for the visitor to read before signing, including that the slip is carried on the premises and is valid for the day of issue only.

Zions describe the register as security format and give its size as 305mm x 225mm.
