Each weekly line runs across starting and stopping times for day 1 to day 7, then ordinary and overtime totals with rates and amounts, allowances and gross wages.

To the right sit tax and other deductions, net wages paid, the employer super contribution and a column where the employee signs for the hours worked and for receiving their pay. The page header holds the award or agreement, classification, terms of employment and the employee start and finish dates, so the book doubles as a basic employment record. The Note Group give the size as 290mm x 290mm, a square format that opens wide on a desk.

Browse payroll record books, office account books and the rest of the Zions range.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0863/5419/8784/files/Zions_Time_Pay_And_Wages_Book_Medium_26_1_Mega_Office_Supplies.jpg?v=1791399707
