A stamp makes the wording neat and identical on every cheque in a payment run, instead of relying on handwriting squeezed between the crossing lines.

In Staedtler's catalogue chart the words sit in a compact, heavy blue face with a rule above and below, keeping the mark narrow enough for the space on a cheque. Check with your bank about what the wording means for your cheques; the stamp only applies the words.

Shiny is the maker and Staedtler the Australian distributor; their code is 9SEN154A-3 in blue. The stamp is pre-inked, and Staedtler name Shiny 9SO-63 blue as the refill ink.

Other accounts stamps are in message stamps, with the blue refill in stamp inks and the full Shiny line-up.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0863/5419/8784/files/Staedtler_Shiny_Pre_Inked_Stamp_NOT_NEGOTIABLE_Blue_9SEN154A-3_1_Mega_Office_Supplies.jpg?v=1791401017
https://megaschoolsupplies.com.au/products/staedtler-9sen154a-3-shiny-pre-inked-stamp-not-negotiable-solid-text-blue
