ACCO Australia describe the lanyard as breaking at the plastic safety clip if pulled, and as easily re-attached afterwards. They also list a swivel attachment and a detach buckle, both of which are visible in our photographs.

A printed lanyard settles the question of who is escorted and who is not without anyone having to read a card. The colour does the work at a distance and the word does it up close, which is the whole point of a visitor system that a receptionist can run single handed.

The matching staff lanyard is code 9842001 in blue, and both carry the published breakaway.
