ACCO Australia publish a 21 loop coil for this code, so the machine must punch 21 holes and open a comb of this diameter.

A policy library changes a page at a time, and ACCO Australia state the combs reopen to insert or remove pages. The lay flat design they describe helps with a book this thick.
