Tools are not included, as Panaro's datasheet notes; the ones in the photos are there to show the layout.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eUnderneath is the standard MAX505: 500 x 350 x 194 mm inside, 555 x 428 x 211 mm outside, an O-ring seal, nylon double throw latches and an automatic pressure release valve. Fitted out, Panaro give 6.90 kg. Panaro's TC page names IP67, NATO STANAG 4280 alongside the UK DEF STAN 81-41, MIL-STD-810H and ATA 300 air transport, and each report can be downloaded here.
