Panaro give the finished case as 4.44 kg.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe polypropylene shell seals on a polymer O-ring, the nylon latches are double throw, and an automatic valve releases the pressure difference after a flight or a climb so the lid opens easily.
