A 76.2cm square gives room for a major folio piece or a bold display work. The 100% cotton duck canvas is triple primed with acid free Gesso, which Zart says helps work last for years.

The canvas lifts out of the frame, which helps with a piece this size. Lay it face down, lift the canvas out, paint, then refit the frame with the included screws and pre-drilled holes. Zart lists oil and acrylic paint, spray paint and oil stick for the surface.

Other drawing media also suit the primed surface, according to Zart.
