TV & Monitor Wall Mounts

The rated load assumes a sound fixing into structure, so find the studs or use anchors rated for the weight rather than the plugs in the box. Then choose movement: a fixed plate sits closest to the wall, a tilt handles a high mounting position, and a full-motion arm pulls out and swivels at the cost of depth. Check the VESA pattern. They give the movement as plus or minus 90 degrees of pan, tilt from 2 degrees up to 12 degrees down, and 5 degrees of rotation either way for levelling a screen that sits slightly crooked. Cables run along the arm, and the screen detaches from the arm for quick removal.

The installation sheet says it is made for timber stud, solid concrete or brick walls, so plasterboard alone is not a suitable base, and Fellowes advise checking the joints every two months to make sure the screws have not loosened. The mount itself weighs 2.72kg and Fellowes AU list a 5-year limited warranty.

Browse TV and monitor wall mounts, monitor arms, monitor risers and the Fellowes range.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0863/5419/8784/files/Fellowes_Full_Motion_TV_Wall_Mount_Black_8043601_1_Mega_Office_Supplies.png?v=1791400063
fellowes-8043501-monitor-arm-wall-mount-single
Fellowes Single Arm Wall Mount 30kg Black

Take the Screen Off the Desk Altogether

The Fellowes Single Arm Wall Mount (8043501) fixes to the wall and carries one screen of 5 to 30kg and up to 42 inch on a gas spring arm, for meeting rooms, reception counters and workstations where there is no desk space to spare.

Because it is rated from 5kg up to 30kg, this arm takes heavier displays than the desk-mounted Fellowes arms, including small meeting room screens. The gas spring gives 282mm of height movement so the screen can be raised for a standing huddle or lowered for a seated call, and the arm folds flat against the wall when it is not in use. Fellowes list 90 degrees of pan each way, 180 degrees of arm swivel and a small rotation of 3 degrees each way to level the screen.

The plate takes VESA 75 x 75, 100 x 100, 200 x 100 and 200 x 200 patterns, and cables run inside the arm. Fixing a 30kg load to a wall needs the right fixings for that wall: follow the manual in the downloads and use a qualified installer if in doubt.

See also wall mounts, our desk-mounted monitor arms and more from Fellowes.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0863/5419/8784/files/Fellowes_Single_Arm_Wall_Mount_8043501_1_Mega_Office_Supplies.png?v=1791401400
